These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Rentit operated by Zuntra Digital Private Limited, having its registered office at Developed Plot Estate, Plot No. 61, Perungudi, Saidapet, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu – 600096, and its Users.

1. Definitions

Users: Individuals accessing or using the Platform.

Landlords: Users posting property listings.

Tenants: Users browsing listings.

Content: Text, images, videos, or any uploaded material.

Platform: Rentit website or mobile application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

Users agree that all information provided is accurate and lawful.

3. Nature of Services

The Platform is a digital intermediary that allows property listings and searches.

We do not mediate negotiations
We do not collect rent or deposits
We do not verify property ownership
We do not guarantee accuracy of listings

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” basis.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate registration details
Maintain account confidentiality
Avoid fraudulent or illegal activity

5. Listings & Content

All listings must be accurate and lawful
No misleading or false information
No offensive or illegal content

The Company may remove content violating these Terms.

6. Property Disclaimer

The Company does not verify ownership, legality, or accuracy of properties. Users must independently verify all property details before transactions.

7. Third-Party Links

The Platform may include third-party links. We are not responsible for their content or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is owned by the Company. Users may not copy or reproduce it without permission.

9. Privacy

User data is handled as per applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

Losses from transactions
Fraudulent listings
Platform downtime

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chengalpet, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Chennai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
